Thanks Jo, I intend to blog more regularly. As I mentioned yesterday, writing is therapeutic for me, so I really need to make it a priority.

A few weeks ago I picked up one of Lance’s books (for the first time), and I know I have to go and get it soon. I also never knew that cycling is a team sport – perhaps the book will enlighten me. Thanks for the heads up.

Jamaal, you really need to be blogging more often :-) Your writing has been missed. Thanks for the mention and kind words.

On the topic of teamwork, have you read Lance Armstrong’s books? Until I read them, I had little idea that cycling is a team sport. Very interesting. Oh and his courage and strength in the face of cancer is pretty amazing too :-)

Good post – we need to focus on our core service/product, our expertise, and what we really good at.

I spread myself too thin most times… on different projects, hence not being the best in any… :(
