Google Analytics is probably the most intuitive and sophisticated website tracking tool available today. The tool is free, but most people do not know how to use it. It tells you where your website visitors are coming from (location), how they go to your website (via a search engine, via Facebook, etc), which pages they visited, how long they stayed on each page, etc. This sort of data is critical for getting to know your visitors, understanding their behaviour, and for strategic planning.

Note: This product serves as an initial once off kick-start into using Google Analytics. Traffic is analysed for one month before the report and Skype call. Continuing this analysis on a monthly basis is recommended.
