Many businesses have built large communities – some online, some offline. These businesses have databases of people who they have dealt with in some of other way. Using that community is a tricky business. A lot of tact and insight must be used in order to leverage the community, and to grow the community. The strategy for this will differ for each business, because the goals of each business are different.
Note: The initial brainstorming session and report will identify what are the possibilities for managing the community. The actual succeeding management – on a weekly and monthly basis – will be defined and costed accordingly thereafter.
